This year, “Civilization Bank” was piloted at Dan’ao and Tangjiawan Villages of Zhoumensi Town. The locals can obtain points through civilized behaviors, which can be exchanged for rewards and in turns inspire more moral and civilized conducts. Through self-governance, villagers are encouraged to engage in rural governance and contribute to rural revitalization.
