Zhang Guihua, a river chief in the Fuquan Community of Xiameiqiao Subdistrict in Beihu District, Chenzhou City, was patrolling along the river when he found an old man who had fallen down seemingly due to heatstroke. Without hesitation, he reported this dangerous situation to the community. In less than 5 minutes, two community volunteers came to conduct a preliminary examination and quickly sent the old man to the hospital. Since the old man's family could not arrive at that moment, Zhang Guihua accompanied him to the hospital.
