Chenzhou City’s three enterprises including Xiangchen Aircraft, Xianglong Aircraft and Dawu General Aviation participated in the three-day 2021 Hunan International General Aviation Industry Expo held in Changsha from July 16 to 18.
Walking into the exhibition area of Hunan Xiangchen Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd., you will see a XY-100 gyroplane named Xiao Yan. Its striking colors, simple structure and smooth lines attract many visitors.
This gyroplane is produced by the company after four years of development and research. It has such characteristics and advantages as high safety factor, good fuel economy and short take-off and land distance.
Dai Wenjun, vice general manager of the company said that this gyroplane broke the history of China’s dependence on imported gyroplanes for a long time. It can be used in tourism, agriculture, flight license training, etc.
At the exhibition area of Hunan Xianglong Aircraft Co., Ltd., there are a total of 9 planes on display. Among them, XL100 Aircraft, the first light sport aircraft designed by the company, has obtained CAAC model certificate in 2020. It is safe, reliable and economical with convenient maintenance and durability. The company is now able to produce 100 such planes one year.
Zhou Shizhong, chairman of Xianglong Aircraft, said that the general aviation industry is booming. The company attended this expo to show the images of Xianglong Aircraft and Chenzhou. Chenzhou’s general aviation industry has first mover advantages, and the city will speed up forming the upstream and downstream supporting industry chains of general aviation, so as to make the general aviation industry a beautiful business card of Chenzhou City.
Hunan Dawu General Aviation Co., Ltd., also participated in the expo. The company mainly operates its business in Qingcaoping Aviation Base in Linwu County, mainly engaged in flight license training, emergency rescue, air tour and other business.
