Xiangnan Uprising Memorial Hall, located in Suxian District, Chenzhou City, is a provincial patriotic education base and one of the red tourism scenic spots in Chenzhou City. On July 30, a study tour and a themed artistic performance were held in the hall.

In the study tour, teachers told the red story of “My Father is a soldier”, and guided the children to read and interact together through interesting and vivid words. During the activity, the students also told the red stories in turn to pass on the red genes with their own voices.

Afterwards, led by the staff, more than 30 families visited the martyrs’ monument gallery and the tomb of Xia Mingzhen. Reviewing the heroic stories of the revolutionary forefathers and letting children immersed in the red history can guide the teenagers to understand the red spirit, love the Party and the country more.
