Many benefits have been put by Chenzhou for the newly introduced domestic and foreign leading talents, such as the maximum 3-million-yuan settlement subsidy, the maximum 1.5-million-yuan house purchase subsidy and so on.
Since this year, Chenzhou City has been vigorously implementing the talents project. Through the project, Chenzhou will introduce more than 1,000 high-level and urgently needed professional and technical talents and train more than 10,000 highly skilled talents.
This year, Chenzhou released 23 professional categories of talent needs for graduates, attracting 398 graduate students from national universities to apply, and 102 people were finally hired after interviews and comprehensive selection.
Due to the development of 12 key industrial chains such as new materials, electronic information, mineral gems and other institutions such as education, medical and scientific research, Chenzhou City introduced more than 1,200 high-level and urgently needed talents this year, including 33 with PhDs.
For these professionals, Chenzhou adopts public recruitment for direct interview and assessment, and appropriately reduces the ratio of enrolment number and examination takers.
