There are eight natural villages in Shenshan Village, with more than 1,300 permanent residents. The traffic was once extremely inconvenient as it is located in the remote mountainous areas with winding and rugged roads. Besides, most of the villagers are the elderly and children. It is difficult for the local people to travel to the county.

 

After field research and coordination, the long-awaited urban-rural bus lines have been operated by Linwu County, improving the backward transportation of Shenshan Village, which bring much convenience and many benefits to the local people.

 

 

At present, Linwu County has opened 43 urban-rural passenger lines, covering 2 urban bus lines, 15 urban-rural bus lines, 17 branch lines and 9 rural bus lines. There are 102 buses in total. Efforts have been made to ensure at least two trips per day for rural passenger lines (one round trip each way), at least 6 trips per day for urban-rural bus lines within 30 kilometers, and at least 4 trips per day for urban-rural bus lines beyond 30 kilometers.

 

In addition, the county also flexibly adjusts the frequency of departures during peak travel periods like holidays, major activity days, tourism seasons, vacations for students and back-to-school periods to realize seamless connections with the central area, scenic areas and towns in the county, providing safe, intelligent, convenient and green public transportation services for urban and rural residents.
