Beihu District provides warm service for talents

Recently, the young talent dating activity was held in Beihu District, Chenzhou City. In recent years, Beihu District has attached great importance to talent work and done everything possible to draw the talent’s attraction and gather wisdom. Since the beginning of April, 2022, the district has introduced 651 full-time talents, including 49 people with master’s degree or above. 

 

Beihu District has found ways to optimize the whole chain of talent services, solved 247 issues involving housing, children’s education and medical care for talents, constantly improved their sense of gain and satisfaction, and created a strong atmosphere of respect for talent.
 
Since the beginning of 2022, based on the implementation of “52 New Policies for Talents in Chenzhou City”, Beihu District has launched the “21 New Policies for Talents in Beihu District”.
 
To better serve talents, the district signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chenzhou Talent Group Co., Ltd. and set up a talent development service center, which implemented a talent housekeeping system, set up a talent service window and a “talent service team” and opened a talent service hotline.
 
At the same time, the city’s first medical center for high-level talent was set up in Chenzhou Third People’s Hospital. Talent selection activities were also held to pick out the best sci-tech workers and the innovation teams.
