Hunan Kibing Medical Materials is an innovative technology enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of borosilicate pharmaceutical glass. The total investment of the project is nearly 1 billion yuan, and it is constructed in three phases. 

 

Since the first phase of production, a total of 3,480 tons of glass tubes and 43.88 million glass bottles have been produced, achieving an output value of 48 million yuan. The yield rate of glass tubes has gradually increased from 10% to nearly 70%, and the yield rate of single-line products can exceed 75%. 

 

The second phase of the production line will be officially put into operation on the 22nd of this month, and the annual output value is expected to reach 160 million yuan. The annual output value is expected to reach 450 million yuan after the third phase is put into operation.
