The money was used for farmland construction, protection of cultivated land fertility, water conservancy projects, drought resistance and disaster relief.

 

At the same time, due to the floods in the first half of the year and severe drought in the second half of the year, the municipal finance bureau sought a disaster relief subsidy of 104 million yuan from the province for the construction of drought-resistant water sources, maintenance of water canals, improvement of agricultural irrigation, prevention and control of pests and diseases.
