In Sanwan Village of Meitian Town, a vegetable truck stopped next to the green vegetable field, and villagers were busy harvesting cabbage skillfully.

 

Because the fruit flavored cabbage is natural, pollution-free and sweet, it is favored by major enterprises and supermarkets. Recently, about 500 kg are delivered every day.

 

 

In order to further expand the vegetable industry, the vegetable cooperative in Sanwan Village mainly focuses on the development of agricultural products, planting characteristic vegetables and fruits, like ginger, squash, watermelon, winter melon, muskmelon, pepper, beans, etc. In winter, they grow more than 20 kinds of seasonal fresh vegetables, such as cabbage, cabbage, celery, garlic, lettuce, etc.

 

Whenever it comes to picking time, the cooperatives will ask the villagers to work in the fields, which effectively increases their income. According to statistics, the cooperative produces 100 tons of fresh vegetables every year, with a sales volume of more than 1 million yuan.

 

 

The cooperative has established a demonstration base for the production of organic green high-quality vegetables, melons and fruits with a clear market and stable customer base, and built an agricultural development model that integrates facility agriculture, leisure sightseeing, ecological cycle and other functions, so as to drive the large-scale and intensive development of agricultural industry.
