The City of Hot Springs will be built into a famous brand. A total of 560 million yuan has been invested to reconstruct and expand the Fuquan Villa Peninsula. The Phase III of Guanxi Villa and other major projects have been completed. Homewood Suites by Hilton has introduced the hot spring when it was opened for business.

Rucheng has focused on promoting the development of its industrial park, attracting investment and advancing project construction.

 

This year, 28 new investment projects have been introduced, with a total investment of 15.715 billion yuan, including 18 projects with a total investment of more than 100 million yuan and 11 major projects with a total investment of over 200 million yuan. It has been the first time for the world’s Top 500 enterprise to settle in Rucheng County.

 

A fund of 2.963 billion yuan from superior governments has been put in place. The long-distance natural gas pipeline project, which has been expected by people for years, has been started ahead of schedule. The Long March Cultural Exhibition and Inheritance Hall and the Workers’ Cultural Palace have been basically completed. The overall plan for the development of the southwest area has been made. 1,393 mu (92.87 hectares) of land has been requisitioned. The public bidding of the south campus of No.1 Middle School has been completed.

 

In the first three quarters, the investment progress of seven provincial and municipal key projects ranked first in the city, six major economic indicators ranked among the top five and four ranked among the top three in the city.

 

 

Social funds of 83 million yuan have been raised. 100 demonstration sites, 8 demonstration villages and 3 demonstration belts have been built. The villages have seen great changes.

5 demonstration bases with an area of 1,000 mu (66.67 hectares), 40 demonstration areas covering an area of more than 100 mu (6.67 hectares) and 9 vegetable bases for supplying the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have been built. There are 17 kinds of newly certified green food. Rucheng has been awarded the National Agricultural Green Development Pilot Zone and the Key County with Selenium-rich Industry in Hunan Province.
