As the New Year approaches, the festive atmosphere is getting thicker in the county. Supermarkets and shops are filled with all kinds of New Year decorations, such as red lanterns, Chinese knots, red couplets, the Chinese character “福” (fú, which means good fortune and blessing), and paper-cut.
