People were planting potatoes in Longxing Village, Longtan Town, Jiahe County  on January 11.

In recent years, the town has actively adjusted the agricultural structure and vigorously developed contract farming. Through the mode of “cooperative + base + farmers”, it has planted more than 20,000 mu (about 1,333.3 hectares) of potatoes, winter melon, lotus root, corn and others, which has effectively promoted agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income.
