The Yanziyan Scenic Area at the foot of Mangshan Mountain is the only way for tourists to enter Mangshan Mountain.

 

At the end of 2017, the construction of Yanziyan Scenic Area was started. The scenic area gathered the fields, lands and mountains distributed to the villagers, built a platform mainly led by the company and participated by the people of Tianzishan village.

 

 

85% of the villagers participated in the construction, operation and management of recreational facilities. They have successively built karst cave restaurants, go-karts, colorful slides, starry houses, roller coasters and other projects.

 

“There are many tourists at weekends, not to mention during the holidays like the Spring Festival, May Day and the National Day. I invested 500,000 yuan and recovered all the cost in a year or more.” said Zhong Tangsheng, who put money into the VR Shooting Hall project.

 

Because he has a family to take care of, and he also saw the potential of tourism development in his hometown, he decided to return to his hometown one year ago to start a business. He is full of confidence in the tourism development of Yanziyan. After the go-kart, he later invested in the roller coaster project, which has now been put into operation.

 

 

With the recovery of tourism, more and more villagers enjoy the benefit brought by tourism. The dividend income which has been increasing year by year has enabled villagers to live a happy life. Roads have been built in the village, houses have been beautified, the surrounding areas have been afforested, and hiking trails have been built. The whole village has taken on a new look.

 

In 2022, the scenic area received 200,000 tourists, and the tourism industry drove the annual per capita income of villagers to increase by more than 5,000 yuan.

 

 

Zhong Ken, the person in charge of the scenic area, is full of confidence of the future development of the scenic area. At present, the second phase of the project is under construction, followed by the third and fourth phases.
