From January 30 to 31, Guiyang held a large-scale job fair to help people find jobs near their homes and enterprises recruit the talents they need.
At the job fair in the Guiyang Cultural Park, job seekers browsed the recruitment brochures in front of different booths and looked for the desired work positions. All enterprises introduced the business prospects, benefits, job development and other information to job seekers at the first time. This year, the recruiters would walk onto the stage and show what they can offer such as salary, posts, and welfare to attract talented job seekers.
In addition to the popular offline recruitment, the “online recruitment” live streaming room was also lively. The staff in the live streaming room talked about employment, informed of the policies, and looked for recruitment information to introduce their post, attracting nearly 10,000 audiences through efficient communication.
Guiyang also smoothed the service mechanism. Job seekers can take special buses free of charge from each township to the job fair. After on-site negotiations, job seekers can also take a bus to visit the intended enterprise.
On the job fair, more than 100 enterprises provided over 3,000 jobs, involving several industries such as home processing and manufacturing, finance and trade, electronic technology, education and training. Nearly 1,000 people reached employment intentions at the job fair, and more than 20,000 job seekers were received online and offline.
