Chenzhou Food Consumption Festival kicks off

On February 5, the Chenzhou Food Consumption Festival was held to promote the sustained recovery of Chenzhou catering consumption, contribute strength to the provincial second tourism development conference and help build Chenzhou into a world tourist destination.
A total of 20 famous Chenzhou dishes were showed on the festival, including the unique Yao people’s Nine Big Bowls, Yongxing spicy chicken hotpot, Linwu Duck and Jiahe Blood Sausage.
At the same time, the “Chenzhou’s flavour” food map (Season 1 of 2023) and the “Taste of Chenzhou” food column were also launched.
Meanwhile, the local government introduced vouchers to subsidize the food consumption, and catering businesses provided discounts for promotion, which would continue to promote the recovery of food consumption.
