Recently, 100,000 mu (about 6,666.7 hectares) of taros in Linwu County has ushered in the sales season. Up to now, the total output of Linwu taros is nearly 300,000 tons. Since the Spring Festival, taro growers have been receiving orders from customers.

At the Shunxi taro storage and marketing center in Beixi village, there are more than 20 trucks for delivery a day. More than 100 workers do such work as sorting, selection, packaging and weighing here, and the taros are transported right from here to the markets of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
