Lang Lang, an international piano master and the international public welfare image ambassador of Chenzhou cultural tourism, invited pianists to participate in the competition through a video.

 

 

Currently, Chenzhou is striving to build a world-class tourist destination. Yizhang County is one of the important parts of the 2nd Hunan Tourism and Development Conference, and Mangshan Mountain is one of the most beautiful places in Chenzhou.

 

This competition is part of the series of activities around “the International Public Welfare Image Ambassador of Chenzhou Cultural Tourism”.

 

With Lang Lang as artistic director and Lang Guoren (Lang Lang’s father) as chairman of the judging panel for the competition, 100 child pianists and 100 young performers will be selected nationwide to perform the music of “Dance of the Golden Snake” and “Me and My Motherland” with Lang Lang at Mangshan National Forest Park in Chenzhou in August this year.

 

 

The online registration for the National Piano Selection Competition “Play the Piano with Lang Lang in Mangshan Mountain, Chenzhou City” has already started. Follow the official WeChat account “Young Piano Man” to register and get more information.

 

During the piano competition, charity activities were also launched for the rural schools in Mangshan of Yizhang, providing teachers and students in the donated rural schools with more accurate musical instruments, teaching materials as well as music platforms, in a bid to improve the teaching skills of rural music teachers and the creativity of rural students.
