At the opening ceremony, the boutique flower appreciation route of rural cultural tourism in Guidong County was promoted. Subsequently, the special theme activities such as the Peach Forest Concert, the Youth Fellowship, and the Peach Blossom Market were carried out in the pink peach forest. Next, the county will also hold a series of activities such as Alpine Summer Festival, Yellow Peach Festival, and Alpine Sports Games.

 

 

Taking full advantage of ecological and climatic resources, the county focuses on “lucid waters and lush mountains, negative oxygen ions, Red culture, simple folk customs, and green food”, develops the healthy oxygen tourism and homestay industry, continues to create the tourism brand of “Oxygen Capital, Cool Guidong”, actively explores flower appreciation tourism that integrates sightseeing, ecological leisure, and agricultural culture, striving to build a national tourism resort.

 

 

This year, the county has nearly 800 homestay inns, with a total of 20,000 beds by summer. In 2022, it received 2.1075 million tourists and achieved a comprehensive tourism income of 2.554 billion yuan. It was awarded the title of “China’s Famous Health Tourism County”.
