Certified as a “vegetable basket” for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the base provides more than 3.5 million kilograms of fresh vegetables for Chenzhou City and the Greater Bay Area each year, with sales of over 15 million yuan.

 

At present, the company has vegetable planting bases of over 5,500 mu (about 366.67 hectares). Through the “company plus cooperative plus farmer” mode, the standardized production was realized, helping more than 2,000 rural households prosper.

 

 

In recent years, Beihu District has created a number of planting and breeding bases such as the Xiangjiangyuan vegetable base, Lyuzhiran edible fungus planting base and New Hope Tonghe pig farm. 21 “vegetable basket” bases for the Greater Bay Area have been built and there have been 12 agricultural enterprises with an annual output value of over 10 million yuan.
