Dongjiang Lake to limit number of tourists

Although the May Day holiday is still a few days away, the number of tourists at Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area of Zixing City in Chenzhou City has been increasing. The hotels and homestay inns close to the scenic area are now fully booked, which is a herald of overcrowding in the scenic area during the upcoming holiday.
In order to ensure the safety and smooth travel of tourists, Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area will take the following measures to reduce the number of visitors at the same time and place from April 28.
When the number of ticket buyers reaches 15,000, tourists will be divided into several groups to enter the Mist-enveloped Dongjiang Lake through different entrances.
When the number of ticket buyers reaches 22,000, tickets will be purchased at intervals of 1 hour and a half, and tourists will admit to the scenic spots at a designated time.
When the number of ticket buyers reaches 28,000, tickets will be purchased at intervals of 3 hours. If the number of tourists reaches its peak, tickets will not be sold. Tourists will be informed to visit the next day.
