In the women’s 59kg weightlifting event, Luo Shifang sealed gold in snatch with 105kg, silver in clean and jerk with 133kg and finally gold in a total of 238kg.

 

And in the women’s 49kg weightlifting event, Hou Zhihui won silver in snatch, bronze in clean and jerk and silver in the total weight.
