Recently, Yongxing County held a large-scale special recruitment fair to help more seekers find jobs at their hometowns through online and offline recruitment.

 

This job fair has attracted a total of 15 companies, offering over 50 different positions for job seekers. In addition to setting up promotional display boards, distributing enterprises’ advertising materials to job seekers, and introducing job requirements on site, multiple companies also dispatched professional recruiters to recruit talents based on their needs, introducing the basic situation of companies, salary and benefits, as well as related subsidy policies to them.

 

 

At the same time, during the online recruitment, the host invited representatives of present companies to talk about their backgrounds, job requirements, job responsibilities, salary and benefits to cloud job seekers, and had an in-depth communication with them to better help job seekers find suitable positions.

 

“Next, we need to further increase the publicity of this fair, so that more job seekers, college graduates and people in need can find satisfactory jobs on site through face-to-face communications,” said Li Shunqing, deputy director of Yongxing County Employment Service Center.
