On June 22, Yongxing County held theme activities at the Sanhou Temple of Xihe Village to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival. Tens of thousands of people gathered along the Xihe River to watch the dragon boat race.

 

Xihe Village has held the dragon boat race at the Dragon Boat Festival for more than 100 years, which has become an important activity to enrich the cultural and sports life of villagers. In addition to the dragon boat race, Xihe Village also held a variety of activities such as the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) folk festival at the Sanhou Temple and special food festival, allowing citizens and tourists to experience the charm of this traditional Chinese festival.
