In Tuqiao Village, a villager surnamed Xu went to work in the tomato greenhouse early in the morning with more than a dozen villagers living nearby. Xu’s job is to pick and select high-quality cherry tomatoes, and then package them up, which will be delivered all over the country. Xu and her husband both work near home, and she often goes to dance at the village square after work. 

 

 

Xu said that great changes have been made in the village thanks to the rural revitalization strategy. Many young people have returned to their hometown to start businesses, and villagers like her can get employed at their doorstep and earn more income.

 

Industrial revitalization is the cornerstone of rural revitalization. Youma Town has continued its efforts to build a development pattern of “one town with one industry, one village with one product”, drive villagers to increase income, and effectively promote rural revitalization through industrial revitalization.
