In recent years, the local government has been closely focusing on the practical projects of stabilizing employment and ensuring people’s livelihood, continuously cultivating skilled talent. It has fully utilized the positive role of vocational skills training in high-quality skilled talent cultivation, combined skill training with follow-up employment tracking services, and industrial development with precise training.

 

It has taken various measures to continuously improve the employment and job transfer abilities of rural migrant workers in the county, as well as their mastery of employment and entrepreneurship skills, with the ultimate goal of promoting industrial development and entrepreneurship through training, and increasing employment through entrepreneurship. By doing so, a large workforce of knowledge-based, skilled, and creative workers has been cultivated throughout the county.

 

This year, Rucheng County has continuously increased the training of talent for tourism service skills, and made every effort to create a satisfactory, comfortable, thoughtful, and convenient “Chenxin Service” Rucheng brand. 

 

As of the end of May, the county had provided provincial government-subsidized vocational training for over 1,200 people.
