In 2022, Baokou Village established a branch farm with a 1,000-mu (about 66.67 hectares) tobacco and rice rotation base and a 1,000-mu (about 66.67 hectares) bingtang orange base, which generated a collective income of more than 500,000 yuan that year.

 

This year, the village has vigorously developed the flue-cured tobacco industry, and planted watermelons, peppers, and other crops in the bingtang orange base. It is expected that the village’s collective economic income will exceed 1 million yuan this year.
