Huilong Village in Zixing City, Chenzhou City, recognized as one of the fifth batch of traditional villages in China, boasts a long history and rich culture. It is classified as intangible cultural heritage. To better protect the ancient village, Zixing City has formulated a development plan to turn it into “a traditional and ecologically livable village with integrated development of modern agriculture and cultural tourism in China.”
