The chefs of hotels and restaurants served 15 local Yongxing specialties, such as Xiangyindu Roast Chicken, Matian Tofu, Qijia Smoked Bacon and Yongxing Sweet-water Fish, presenting a creative visual and tasty culinary feast.

 

The gourmets assessed the dishes in terms of the taste, texture, appearance, nutrition, food safety, regional characteristics and cultural connotations.
