On August 23, a dish selection activity was held in Linwu County, Chenzhou City. Linwu’s characteristic dishes like Hand-torn Duck, Stuffed Crucian Carp, Fenshi Pig Feet, and Xishan Smoked Bacon were served for tasting and evaluation.
At the selection site, the chefs demonstrated their superb knife skills, precise control of heat, and exquisite carving techniques, showcasing their cooking skills to the fullest. After careful preparation, 16 creative Linwu specialty dishes were presented.
