Small yellow gingers are growing well in a ginger planting base of the village. The ginger grower Li Huilin is busy harvesting gingers. This year, Li Huilin planted over 30 mu (2 hectares) of yellow gingers, which will achieve a total yield of over 100 tons and an income of over 900,000 yuan. This is beyond his expectation.

 

Tanlingci Village has more mountains and less arable land, resulting in poor farming conditions. To effectively promote rural revitalization, the village government has provided a free three-year rent, introduced large growers to plant small yellow gingers, making small yellow ginger a large industry. 

 

 

The abandoned land in Tanlingci Village has now become a hot land. The characteristic industry of small yellow ginger has helped make the arable land no longer abandoned, and become a prosperous industry, injecting new vitality into rural revitalization. 

 

The village secretary Zhou Lefei said that planting small yellow ginger has enriched the agricultural product structure and provided more opportunities for villagers to increase income. The local government will continue to increase support for agricultural modernization, develop the characteristic industry of small yellow ginger, and help more villagers achieve high yields and good harvests.
