With the theme of “green vegetables and fruits, healthy life”, the expo focused on promoting agriculture through technology, trade cooperation and brand development around the vegetable and fruit industry, and creating a famous business card of Hunan’s vegetables and fruit represented by Chenzhou.

 

 

 

By building an agricultural exchange and cooperation platform, it will further promote the interconnection and trade of agricultural products among Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces, consolidate and enhance the opening and cooperation of the Hunan-Jiangxi border region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and provide important support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural city. 

 

11 exhibition areas were set up for national famous fruits and vegetables, Hunan’s agricultural brands, Chenzhou cuisine and others, with a total exhibition area of about 50,000 square meters. There were 26 special exhibition booths and over 1,100 standard exhibition booths. 

 

 

 

The expo attracted more than 1,100 enterprises from 9 provinces, including Guangdong, Shandong and Inner Mongolia, showcasing more than 20,000 types of characteristic agricultural products. 

 

The expo will be available until November 29, during which a series of themed activities like production and sales of characteristic products and special exhibitions for different counties will be held. 

 

At the opening ceremony, 29 agricultural projects worth 6.25 billion yuan were released, including 12 signed on the site with an amount of 3.655 billion yuan.
