Since Yuan Xiaohong, 40 years old, established Anren Hongzhan Edible Mushroom Development Co., Ltd. in 2017, he has invested over 5 million yuan in standardized edible mushroom planting greenhouses. The company has implemented a full industrial chain production of edible mushrooms that integrates group cultivation of edible mushrooms, deep processing, cold chain logistics, and sales and distribution by connecting 5 cooperatives and 52 growers, with more than 500 mu (about 33.33 hectares) of mushrooms. 

 

The company produces over 5,000 tons of edible mushrooms of different kinds annually, which are sold well in major cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou, with a profit of 10 million yuan and an average household income of over 200,000 yuan. More than 350 rural left-behind elderly people and women have been offered jobs, with a monthly salary of 3,000 to 10,000 yuan per person.

 

 

At present, the company is a “vegetable basket” production base of the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and a “Xiangjiangyuan” vegetable public brand base.
