Chenzhou Beihu Cultural and Tourism Business District is a nighttime cultural and tourism consumption cluster including various business forms like the Beihu Shuiyue Isle, the Heping Night Market, and F&A International Plaza. 

 

With complete transportation infrastructure, great popularity, rich cultural and sports elements, and characteristic resources like Kunqu Opera, volleyball, and football, it is a representative nighttime cultural and tourism consumption gathering area in Chenzhou City and even the southern Hunan, and also a new landmark of Beihu District.

 

In March 2022, Beihu District launched the Beihu Nighttime Culture and Tourism Consumption Cluster project to achieve the aggregation of business forms and upgrade consumer services with as little investment as possible. 

 

It has formed an experiential leisure block that integrates cultural creativity and cultural experience, themed shopping and retail, leisure and entertainment, themed catering, and specialty snacks, and created a shared space for both citizens and visitors in Chenzhou.

In recent years, Beihu District has promoted the integrated development of culture, commerce, and tourism, and characteristic alleys through various measures. 

 

The Heping Night Market in Chenzhou City was included among the “Ten Streets of Food Tourism”.

 

The “Beihu Ever-bright Block” was rated as a national-level nighttime cultural and tourism consumption cluster, an excellent case of national urban tourism in 2022, a nighttime consumption cluster demonstration area in Hunan, and a provincial-level tourism and leisure block.

 

Nowadays, new models, scenes, and forms of night consumption continue to emerge in Beihu Park, with a peak daily reception of over 100,000 people. With popular night tours, banquets, entertainment, reading, shopping, and running, it has become the busiest cultural and tourism business district in the central urban area. 

 

The Beihu Ever-bright Block project has created 10 Internet-famous destinations as well as 100 trustworthy stores, provided more than 1,000 new job opportunities, and increased tourists by more than 10,000 per day as well as revenue by more than 1 billion yuan.

 

Since the beginning of this year, the “Beihu Ever-bright Block” has received a total of 7.62 million tourists, with the tourist flow up by 321% year on year.
