The Russian Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra was invited to Chenzhou for a three-day cultural exchange.

 

 

During the event, members of the orchestra conducted cultural performances and produced promotional documentaries in Chenzhou’s characteristic scenic areas such as Gaoyi Ridge, Wayaoping Ancient Village and Dongjiang Lake. 

 

 

The promotional video will be broadcast on 1TV of Russia, presenting Chenzhou to the world. 

 

 

After the performance, the members of the orchestra also experienced the local customs and traditions of Chenzhou. They changed into Hanfu at Wayaoping, experienced the charm of movable-type printing and ceramic production, and tasted “You Cha”, an intangible cultural heritage snack. The beautiful scenery and delicious food of Chenzhou left them great impression.
