In recent years, Guidong County has worked to empower industries and digital transformation of industrial chains through the new generation of information technology represented by big data, industrial internet, and 5G digital infrastructure construction.

 

Since 2023, Guidong County has organized enterprise service specialists to provide one-on-one service guidance for enterprise digital transformation, offered business training and discussions to relevant enterprise leaders, provided comprehensive and multi-level intelligent and empowering services for enterprises, and made efforts to accelerate the deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing so as to improve enterprise production efficiency and industrial competitiveness.

 

In 2023, 181 new 5G base stations were built in Guidong County, and 44 new base stations and 2,751 new gigabit fiber optic ports were added in rural areas. Two intelligent manufacturing production lines and 21 intelligent workstations were successfully applied. 83 enterprises achieved cloudification and 9 enterprises were added on the platform, with 103.75% and 150% of the 2023 target tasks completed respectively.
