Xiaobu Village of Baohe Yao Township, located in the Xihe River Scenic Belt of Beihu District, Chenzhou City, was built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. It has 600-year-old stone alleys and 56 ancient buildings of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
In Xiaobu Village, there are theaters, tea houses, academies, ancestral halls, pavilions, and post roads. Tourists can stroll by the lake, appreciate the misty rain on a ferryboat or taste tea at the tea house to experience the culture of the ancient village.
