Recently, Chenzhou City Job Service Center launched the “Spring Breeze Action”, with more than 170 recruitment activities to be held throughout Chenzhou City, with the aim to offer information of policies, job positions and services to migrant workers, key groups as well as enterprises.
This “Spring Breeze” event began in late January and will last till early April. There will be seven service measures, such as figuring out the situation of those returning to rural areas, monitoring closely the employment information, publicizing employment policies, optimizing employment services, and holding recruitment activities, helping migrant workers find jobs near their homes and organizing them to return to work in an orderly way.
More than 200 key enterprises with employment needs in the city have been monitored in advance for recruitment. With three lists of key enterprises, job requirements, and employment needs, recruitment activities will be regularly carried out and related information will be released online and offline.
Chenzhou has also encouraged workers to register for job seeking and unemployment, enabling them to obtain job information, career guidance, vocational training and other employment services through various platforms like the official website of the Chenzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
At the same time, it will increase its efforts to ensure their travel, help workers return to their hometowns and work, and provide charter car service.
