Recently, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the list of main venues and demonstration areas for the 2024 National “Four Seasons Village Gala”. Reshui Village in Reshui Town of Rucheng County made the list of demonstration areas for “Winter Village Gala”.

 

 

 

Reshui Village is famous for its hot springs, which belong to the high-temperature hot water type with a maximum water temperature of 98 ℃. The spring water contains more than 30 trace elements beneficial to the human body, such as silicon, sodium, calcium, lithium, and boron. It is the natural hot spring with the highest water temperature, best water quality, widest area, and largest flow rate in Hunan Province.

 

Hot springs here are available for drinking, soaking, and cooking. Seeing it as a gift of nature, villagers use the water in a planned and protected way.
