As of now, the county has signed contracts with 104 enterprises. 81 projects have started their construction in the park, and projects of 37 enterprises have been completed and put into operation. An industrial cluster with leading enterprises such as Star Furniture, Harvest Loyal, and Ganyart Furniture as the core has been formed.

 

In recent years, Guiyang County has seized the opportunity of building a demonstration zone for smart home manufacturing to undertake industrial transfer, innovated government services based on its own industrial structure, optimized the business environment, attracted enterprises in the whole industry chain, provided guarantees of premises, funds, and talents, helped enterprises start production, and achieved high-quality economic development of the county.

 

Regarding smart home manufacturing as the leading industry in its modern industrial system, Guiyang County has created a characteristic home furnishing industry park that integrates production of household goods, sales of raw and auxiliary materials, logistics, exhibitions, research and development, and quality inspection, and formulated a development plan for the smart home manufacturing industry.

 

Guiyang County has issued investment policies for the smart home manufacturing industry park, and introduced leading production enterprises and matching supply chain enterprises to extend the industry chain.

 

At the same time, the county has taken multiple measures like special job fairs, talent recruitment online and offline and enterprise-university cooperation to cultivate technical employees who can design furniture and operate intelligent equipment for enterprises.

 

In addition, Guiyang County has also provided guide funds, logistics subsidies, and industry support incentives for newly-signed projects in the park to accelerate the construction of these projects and help enterprises achieve rapid development.
