In November 2021, the industrial Internet platform of the casting and forging industry cluster in Jiahe County was put into operation, with the first enterprises including Hongsheng Manufacturing Co., Ltd. selected out as pilot projects. The overall production efficiency of the pilot enterprises has significantly improved through “industrial Internet plus”.

 

In recent years, Jiahe County has worked to integrate into the development strategies of the Greater Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta, and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region. It has increased efforts to innovate collaborative models between the Greater Bay Area and Jiahe such as “headquarters plus base” as well as “R&D plus Manufacturing”, and to create an important collaborative supporting base for equipment manufacturing in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region and Pearl River Delta, an important production base for automotive parts and precision CNC machine tools in the south, as well as a provincial-level advanced intelligent equipment manufacturing industry cluster.

 

At the same time, it has integrated into the construction of the Chenzhou area of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and guided enterprises to switch to foreign trade and to promote Jiahe Precision Manufacturing to go global through service platforms such as “Hunan Enterprises Go Global Plus”, “Comprehensive Service Center for Foreign Trade” and “Multinational Language Foreign Trade International Marketing Platform”.

 

 

 

With the goal of building a “China Precision Casting Town”, Jiahe County has achieved beautiful product appearance, excellent quality, and exquisite brand through the new platform. It has vigorously developed high-end CNC machine tools as well as 3D printing technology, and strengthened the casting and forging of various complex and precision parts to promote the “precision casting” brand and enhance the market competitiveness and brand influence. 

 

There are now 103 casting enterprises above designated size in the county, with an annual output of over 2 million tons and a production value of over 18 billion yuan, accounting for 40% of the casting production in Hunan.
