Rucheng County promotes tourism in Hong Kong

The 38th Hong Kong International Travel Expo (ITE) was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from June 13 to 16. It’s the first time that Rucheng’s cultural tourism delegation has promoted cultural tourism and carried out exchanges and cooperation in Hong Kong.
ITE Hong Kong is the top annual event for Hong Kong’s tourism industry. With the theme of “explore the world again”, more than 500 exhibitors from 60 countries and regions participated in the ITE, 20 more countries and regions than in previous years.
At this year’s ITE, Rucheng County promoted Red culture-themed pillow, tea cup, Rucheng Baimao Tea and other characteristic cultural tourism brands, seeking to enhance the brand image of Rucheng tourism.
At the exhibition, through multiple ways like promotional videos, cultural and creative exhibits and on-site explanation, Rucheng County vividly introduced its cultural tourism resources and unique folk customs to the Hong Kong people and domestic and foreign exhibitors.
During the exhibition, the cultural tourism group was also invited to negotiate with many well-known travel agencies like China Travel Service (Holdings) Hong Kong Limited and Guangzhou Tourist International Travel Service, and reached initial cooperation intention.
“Rucheng has colorful cultural tourism resources. We will organize people to visit Rucheng County in the near future and negotiate for cooperation,” said a general manager of a tourism company in Hong Kong.
