Lithium-ion energy, as an important development direction for future energy, is leading the trend of global energy transformation. Solid state batteries represent cutting-edge technologies and future trends in this field.

 

Chenzhou is the hometown of nonferrous metals, with lithium ore reserves in Linwu County ranking first in the province. 

 

The provincial government of Hunan has issued several measures to support the high-quality development of the whole lithium battery new energy industrial chain in Chenzhou City. 

 

 

 

The Three-year Action Plan for the Lithium Battery and Advanced Energy Storage Materials in Hunan Province (2024-2026) was also released, with the spatial layout of “one core, one pole and three supplementary zones”. “One pole” refers to expanding the emerging growth pole of Chenzhou, which will bring significant opportunities and add strong momentum to the upgrading and innovative development of the lithium battery and energy storage materials industrial chain. 

 

Since 2022, relying on abundant lithium resources, Chenzhou has worked to promote the construction of the entire lithium battery industry chain, with more than 80 new energy projects for lithium batteries introduced, which have a total investment of over 140 billion yuan and a completed investment of over 40 billion yuan. 

 

It has become an important growth pole for the lithium battery and advanced energy storage materials industry, and even the new energy industry in Hunan Province. It plays an important role in extending and supplementing the lithium battery industry chain in the province.
