Seeing the busy production lines, Li Jinghua, general manager of Hunan Danuo Technology Company, couldn’t help but recall foreign customers hurried them to quick shipment, “There was a time that they would call around 8:00 every night to ask ‘how many you’ve got.”
The products he mentioned are 4G MIFI, a flagship product developed by the company for Lithuanian customers. This is a mobile WiFi product independently developed by the company that can achieve high-speed and stable Internet access.
With TruSignal antenna enhancement technology, it can reduce the disconnection rate by up to 30% and increase the battery life by up to 20%.
Nowadays, the 4G MIFI produced by the company is in short supply in the European and American markets, and the production for orders has been scheduled until September, with several production lines operating at full speed.
“We will ship the goods as soon as we have them.” Li Jinghua said. Every batch of 4G MIFI products will be packed and sent to Shenzhen and Hong Kong first, and then shipped by air. It takes only one week from the company to European and American customers.
“We can produce over 3,000 units per day, and if the yield rate improves in the future, we can produce 4,000 to 4,500 units per day,” said Li Jinghua. Danuo Technology focuses on product R&D, production, sales, operation, and solutions in the 4G and 5G IoT industries. It has been rated as a provincial-level specialized and innovative “little giant” enterprise and a provincial-level high-tech enterprise.
In 2022, the company relocated its headquarters from Shenzhen to Chenzhou. In April of this year, the company introduced a professional technical team, built a technology research and development center, and officially relocated the Shenzhen database to Beihu District.
Apart from 4G MIFI, Danuo Technology has also produced 5 other products for Lithuanian customers, including repeaters and translation machines, and developed portable WiFi products, which has opened up the domestic market.
In the first quarter of this year, the company’s sales revenue has exceeded 20 million yuan.
“We are striving to become the largest base in the southern Hunan region that integrates the research and development, production, and sales of 4G and 5G application terminal products within three years, and working to be listed on the main board within five years.” Now, the company is getting closer to its goals.
