Efforts have been made to promote the development of agricultural machinery manufacturing industrial clusters and speed up to build a billion-yuan agricultural machinery manufacturing industry. 

 

At present, Suxian District is helping these three companies to establish Chenzhou Agricultural Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Group. It will achieve separate production of components, centralized assembly of entire machines, and a mutually beneficial industrial chain, with a unified brand and sales price. 

 

It will build a golden brand for agricultural machinery in Chenzhou with modern enterprise management and business philosophies. It will continuously improve the agricultural machinery logistics, warehousing and after-sales service system, laying a foundation for agricultural machinery plus Internet. 

 

Online and offline resources will be promoted simultaneously by these three enterprises, to further expand the market share of Suxian agricultural machinery products in the national market.

In the first four months of this year, the output value of modern equipment industry in Suxian District was 735 million yuan, an increase of 46.76%. Its agricultural machines have been exported to about 20 countries and regions, including Southeast Asia and Africa, with a foreign trade turnover of 15 million dollars. 

 

 

In recent years, the agricultural machinery of various sizes in Suxian District has appeared at CCTV News. The leading intelligent agricultural machine manufacturing not only promotes the high-quality development of agriculture, but also creates a big industry.

 

In 2023, the output value of the modern equipment industry in Suxian District reached 2.219 billion yuan.

 

Now, CLJ, HNNF and Tianye Intelligence occupy a certain market share in their respective fields, with good industry momentum and promising development prospects. 

 

From the perspective of production and sales in recent years, the annual output growth rates of the three agricultural machinery manufacturers are all between 20% and 30%. Moreover, all three companies have plans to further expand their business.

 

The rice processing equipment independently developed by CLJ has a daily output of 50 to 3,000 tons of rice. It has core competitive advantages in large-scale, refined, intelligent and personalized aspects.

CLJ has won the titles of top ten enterprises in China’s grain machinery industry, a national high-tech enterprise and a national little giant enterprise.

 

Now, the enterprise is expanding into processing fields of oil, corn, and wheat, striving to further increase the total volume of the company’s business. In the next three to five years, the output value of the company will reach 1 billion yuan. 

 

HNNF is a dark horse in the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry. It participated in the drafting of the national industry standards “Technical Conditions for Whole Tillers” and “Technical Conditions for Light Track Tractors”. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a national key “little giant” enterprise. 

 

 

 

The tracked tractors produced by HNNF are leading products in China, with a market share of 65%. The company’s light tracked tractor is the first in China, filling the market gap. 

 

It is a leading enterprise in the domestic rubber tracked tractor industry. Its products are exported to countries and regions such as Zambia, Fiji, and Southeast Asia. 

 

In the next 3-5 years, the output value of HNNF will reach 500 million to 1 billion yuan.

 

Tianye Intelligence is a national high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, production and sales, a provincial “little giant” enterprise, and a provincial enterprise technology center. The company has 59 patents and 14 invention patents.

 

 

 

Tianye Intelligence is committed to developing the whole mechanization of the production of key crops such as tobacco and rice in southern paddy fields and hilly mountainous areas. And its products cover the production links of sowing, tilling, cultivation, management and harvest. The market share of the tobacco machinery products is the first in the province and among the top ten in China. 

 

It’s expected that by 2025, the sales revenue of the company will exceed 400 million yuan.
