Second Chenzhou E-commerce Livestreaming Competition ends

Recently, the second Chenzhou E-commerce Livestreaming Competition successfully concluded. After one month of intense competition, it showcases the thriving vitality of the e-commerce livestreaming industry in Chenzhou city and opens up new channels for the promotion and sales of local characteristic products.

Since its launch on November 8, the competition has attracted 57 live streaming companies and expert teams from all over the city to participate, covering multiple fields such as cultural and creative products based on intangible cultural heritage, agricultural and sideline products, scenic spots and hotels, with 68 products in total.
 
The integration with live e-commerce through digital means further stimulated the innovative vitality of e-commerce in Chenzhou City.
 
During this period, contestants showcased the unique products and cultural heritage of Chenzhou City through various forms such as short videos and live streaming sales. 
 
According to statistics, the total sales during the competition reached 56.42 million yuan, with over 540,000 orders, and the short video views exceeded 4.47 million times, injecting new vitality into the e-commerce economy of Chenzhou City. 
 
Among them, the sales of local cultural and creative products reached 30.49 million yuan, fully demonstrating the charm and market potential of intangible cultural heritage in Chenzhou City.
 
The competition placed special emphasis on the promotion and sales of agricultural products. 
 
Expert influencers were organized to visit and liverstream the planting bases like Yizhang Navel Orange and Yongxing Bingtang Orange, allowing consumers to understand the production environment and quality characteristics of products. 
 
This mode not only effectively improves the popularity and reputation of products, but also promotes online sales of agricultural products.
 
As of now, 5,435 pieces of navel oranges from Yizhang Shuangyou Agriculture have been sold through this competition, totaling over 50,000 kg. 
 
5,010 pieces of Bingtang oranges from Gaoze Ecological Agriculture and Nashi Orange Breeding Professional Cooperative in Yongxing County have been sold online, weighing over 150,000 kg. 
 
This competition not only boosted the sales and promotion of local characteristic products in Chenzhou city, but also dug out a group of excellent livestreamers, injecting new impetus into the development of Chenzhou’s e-commerce industry.
 
Next, efforts will be made to further develop the e-commerce livestreaming industry, making it contribute more to the local economy.
