Production resumes after Spring Festival holiday in Jiahe County

According to the head of Hunan Xinquan Technology Co., Ltd. in Tantang Industrial Park of Jiahe County, since work resumption on February 3, the company has produced a total of 620 tons. It mainly produces injection molding machine castings, die-casting machine castings, hydraulic press castings, automotive stamping mold castings and other products.
Currently, orders have been scheduled for the second quarter, and it is expected that the company will achieve the production capacity of 50,000 tons this year, with an output value of 450 million yuan.
Jiahe County has an annual output of over 2 million tons of castings and forgings. In order to help enterprises resume work and production smoothly after the Spring Festival holiday, service specialists have been arranged to conduct in-depth investigations on the problems and difficulties that enterprises face in energy consumption, employment, logistics, financing, order demand, and other aspects.
Jiahe High-tech Zone has assigned staff to provide agency services for business owners throughout the entire process in a bid to provide better services for new projects. Enterprises only need to provide materials to the staff according to the list of items to be processed when applying for business licenses and engineering certificates. This can reduce the need for enterprises to run errands and speed up the pace toward production.
Jiahe County encourages state-owned enterprises such as Jiahe Zhudu Development Group Co., Ltd. to support the development of the casting industry through equity investment, guarantees, and industrial development funds.
Financial institutions are encouraged to provide guarantee financing for accounts receivable, intellectual property rights, inventory, machinery and equipment as collateral for casting and forging enterprises, and increase loan channels and loan amounts for enterprises, providing financial support for their success.
Meanwhile, Jiahe High-tech Zone has made efforts to ensure the safety in resuming work and production after the Spring Festival holiday.
To help enterprises solve their employment problems, Jiahe County held a special recruitment fair at the Jiulaofeng Park on February 6, with more than 1,000 jobs provided by 84 companies. This event attracted more than 1,500 job seekers, with 236 people reaching employment intentions on the site.
“It’s expected that all enterprises and new projects in the park will have resumed work by February 13,” said the head of Jiahe High-tech Zone.
There are 130 entity enterprises in Jiahe High-tech Zone, and 32 of them have already resumed work.
