This event, as one of the highlights of the “Anren Ganfenshe (market day)”, aims to promote Anren Tangpi culture and enhance the popularity and influence of “Anren Tangpi”.

 

Tangpi is a unique traditional handicraft in Anren County, whose production process can be traced back to the Shennong period of Emperor Yan. 

 

 

38 Tangpi makers in Anren showcased their unique skills on the site. The winners were selected through a comprehensive evaluation based on the taste, appearance, and creative combination of the tangpi.

 

In addition, a Tangpi making exhibition area was set up, with local Tangpi makers invited to showcase the production process of Tangpi. The Tangpi series products were also displayed, including fried Tangpi, colored Tangpi, and fast food Tangpi. The historical origins, production processes, and unique cultural connotations of Tangpi were introduced to tourists in detail, allowing more people to deeply understand and love this local specialty.
