“The orders have now increased by 10% year on year compared to last year. In order to improve production capacity, we have added automated cutting equipment and intelligent ironing lines. The production efficiency has increased by 30% compared to last year, and the piece rate wages of employees have also increased,” said Zhu Tongxian, director of the factory.

 

Chen Xiangrong, a villager from Pingguang Village of Chishi Township, is an old employee of the factory. She has been working here since the factory was established in 2018. After the Spring Festival holiday, she returned to work as soon as possible.

 

 

“I can earn over 4,000 yuan per month, and I can also take care of my family. This year, the factory has received more orders, so I have higher salaries,” she said,

The factory not only reflects the vigorous vitality of rural industries, but also allows villagers to achieve employment nearby. It ensures employees’ income and meet the needs of their families through flexible work schedules, piece rate wages, and skill improvement incentives. In 2024, it paid over 1.8 million yuan of employee salaries and festival benefits.
