In 2024, the cooperative cultivated over 100 agricultural machinery operators through agricultural machinery training courses in Huatang Town, including 12 post-90s new farmers. 4 college students have been attracted to return to the town and start businesses. The average age of agricultural machinery operators in the town decreases from 58 to 40 years old. 

 

At present, the cooperative has 118 sets of agricultural machinery and 30 professional agricultural machinery operators. It has saved more than 3 million yuan of production costs for surrounding farmers.
